Before Sleep System - Final Design

This is my system about the preparation of myself before sleep. I designed my system by observing my actions and habits before going for sleep. It is very personal system but anyone else can borrow it and adapt it to his/her time before sleep actions. I like having a cup of nice tea while I enjoy my book. It is important to distract the mind from the thoughts of everyday life. One more important step is to wash and clean my skin as well as to brush my teeth. Relaxing brain and body before can help for better dreams. I always take a nice hot bath because it drives me easier to deep sleep. And then sweet dreams.
